Jude Chukwuka says there is thin line between fame and destruction

Celebrated actor Jude Chukwuka has advised that being a famous showbiz personality does not give anyone the right to be rude or disrespectful.

“You have to place value on your name. I dress simple. It is not what I wear but who I am. There is a thin line between fame and destruction.

The film star emphatically said he was called upon by the Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi,

to recite his ‘oriki’ (praise poetry) when he ascended the throne because the Ooni never found a scandal on him.

He said: “A survey was carried out to find out the first five respected actors of my age in the industry, my name came third after Bimbo Manuel who was chosen as second and RMD, first. You get to get whatever you want in this industry. If you don’t tame your thirst, it will kill you.”
